Maybe nothing is really wrong. But something feels off.

You have a job. A routine. A life you've spent years building. From the outside, things might even look pretty good.

And yet...

You're going through the motions.
You keep wondering, “Is this really what I want?”
You know something needs to change, but you don't know what.
Every time you try to figure it out, you end up overthinking even more.
You're scared of making the wrong decision.
Part of you wonders if you should just be grateful and get on with it.

NOTICE

Get clearer on what's actually feeling off, before trying to fix it.

LISTEN

Separate what you want from what sounds sensible, impressive or expected of you.

MOVE

Turn what you've noticed into one small, realistic next step.

Take a look inside.

No 47-page workbook you'll download and never open.

Ten quiet minutes. Seven questions.

Something to work with.

What you'll get from 10 minutes

By the end of the Clarity Check-In, you'll have:

A clearer picture of what isn't working and what you want to change.
A better understanding of what you want more, and less, of in your life and career.
More clarity on what you actually want, without everyone else's expectations.
One small, realistic next step you can actually take this week.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need somewhere to start.

Hi, I'm Salomé.

I'm a professional coach, and before starting Coaching Estrella I spent years working in international businesses, managing teams and helping people grow in their careers.

I've also been through my own periods of questioning what I wanted, changing direction and leaving paths that made sense on paper.

I didn't create the Clarity Check-In to tell you what you should do.

I created it to give you the space and questions to start finding your own answer.
